What is Freeze-drying?
Unlike conventional drying methods that use heat, our treats undergo a meticulous preservation technique called freeze-drying.
Freeze-drying is a low-pressure, low-temperature process where water gently transforms from ice to vapor (sublimation), preserving essential nutrients, textures, and flavors far better than any other traditional drying method. This meticulous process preserves the delicate structure of the treats and, while it takes longer, it ensures superior quality and extended shelf life.
Studies have shown that freeze-drying retains an impressive 95-98% of nutrients including vitamins, minerals, and enzymes compared to traditional drying methods which can significantly degrade them.
Each freeze-dried treat has unique drying requirements depending on its size and density. Meatier products, like those we offer, naturally require more processing time for thorough drying and optimal quality.

What is the wholesale application process?
1. Apply Online: Fill out the Wholesale Application.
2. Review and Approval: Our team will carefully review your application and respond within one hour.
3. Create Your Account: Once approved, you'll receive an email notification and instructions on Creating an account.
I don't have a website. Can I still apply?
No problem at all! We understand not all businesses have websites and as long as you provide all the other necessary details, you're good to go. If you don't have a website, you can simply write N/A
ORDER
Can I add more products after I've placed my order?
While we strive to accommodate changes, modifying orders after placement might not always be possible. Adding additional items after this point can disrupt the existing workflow, potentially delaying not only your own order but also those of other customers.
If your order hasn't shipped: Reach out immediately via email or chat. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if possible. Keep in mind this might mean a longer processing time for your order.
If your order has shipped: Unfortunately, adding items at this stage is not feasible. You can place a separate order for the additional items.

Order Cancellations
While we strive for maximum flexibility, cancellations after order placement are generally not possible. Our fulfillment process begins promptly after your order is submitted, ensuring you receive your treats as quickly as possible.
However, we understand unexpected situations arise. If you encounter any issues with your order after placing it, please contact us immediately via email or chat. We will do our best to assist you and find a solution.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES
What is the Shipping Policy?
Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email.
Fulfillment and Tracking: Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a separate email notification with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its journey to you.
Shipping Costs: To get an accurate estimate of your shipping costs, simply proceed to checkout with your desired items – the total cost will be displayed before finalizing your order. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returns.
What are your current processing times?
Our typical processing times range from 10 to 15 business days and ultimately depend on the size of your order and the products you selected.
Keep in mind that some items may take longer to freeze-dry due to their size or composition.
If you'd to receive in-stock items sooner, we offer the option to split your order into two shipments. This allows you to enjoy certain treats promptly while the remaining items undergo processing. Simply contact us to discuss this option and explore personalized solutions.
My order is taking longer than expected.
As a small business, we prioritize meticulous care over mass production. While this may lead to slightly longer processing times, it's the foundation for the superior quality and freshness you and your clients deserve.
Compared to traditional drying methods that use heat, which can damage nutrients and flavors, our 50-hour freeze-drying process takes longer but delivers superior results.

Do you offer expedited processing?
While we don't guarantee expedited processing for all orders, we try our best to accommodate requests whenever possible. Send us a message with your order number and desired delivery date, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request based on our current schedule.
Please keep in mind that it's not always possible to guarantee them and we highly recommend placing your order with plenty of lead time.
What is difference between shipping time and processing time?
Processing time refers to the internal steps required to fulfill your order, including verification, payment processing, product selection, freeze-drying and packaging. Our typical processing time is 10 to 15 business days.
Shipping time: Once your order is processed and ready for dispatch, it is entrusted to the chosen shipping courier. Delivery timeframes depend on the selected shipping method and the selected destination. We are not responsible for shipping courier delays.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping.
PACKAGING
Do you offer retail packaging?
Our products are sold in bulk and packed in food-grade vacuum sealed bags with nutritional information labels. This allows each client to create their own unique retail packaging that perfectly aligns with their brand identity and target audience.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What is your Return Policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if something doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward 7-day return policy.
Here's what you need to know:
- You have 7 days after receiving your order to initiate a return request.
- To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Please include the original receipt or order confirmation with your return.

How do I request a return?
How to Return an Item:
- Contact our customer service team at hello@droolicioustreats.com to initiate your return request. They will provide you with a return authorization.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
- Attach the return authorization label to the package.
- Ship the package back to us using the preferred courier mentioned in the instructions.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer*
- A trackable shipping method must be used to ensure safe delivery
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business day of receiving the returned item, once it has been inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition
What is your Refund Policy?
Once we receive and inspect your returned products, we'll send you an email confirmation within 3 business days. This email will inform you whether your refund has been approved. Refunds are only issued to the original payment method.
