PACKAGING
Each board is carefully packed in a food-grade vacuum-sealed bag to preserve freshness.
SHELF LIFE
Although freeze-dried products can last for years when stored properly, we recommend not storing the treats for more than 3-4 weeks after arrival.
Please note: Due to the nature of each treat, each board may not look exactly like the image.
SAFETY INFORMATION
For the safety of your pet, it is crucial to provide close supervision during chewing sessions, especially when introducing new products. This allows prompt intervention if potential choking hazards arise.
If the product splinters or develops sharp edges, throw it away immediately.
STORAGE
Store in a cool/dry place such as a bag or airtight container. Avoid storing chews and hides in right after chewing sessions, let them air dry to prevent mold growth.
Always wash your hands thoroughly after handling.
