All rush orders are subject to confirmation. 

Due to limited production capacity, we can only accommodate a certain number of rush orders per week. To ensure we can meet your expedited deadline, please contact us before placing your order. The applicable rush fee will be calculated based on your chosen tier and added to your invoice once we confirm your request.

Please note that even with confirmation, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally impact delivery times for any of these tiers.

Additional fees may apply due to order size, complexity, or material costs at that time.

Rush Order Pricing Tiers:

• Tier 1: Standard Rush (1 Week Turnaround) - 30% of the base price. This tier applies to orders requiring completion within one week. It covers expedited production and prioritization of your order. Availability is generally good for this tier.

• Tier 2: Express Rush (3-5 Days Turnaround) - 50% of the base price. This tier applies to orders requiring completion within 3 to 5 business days. It includes accelerated production and further prioritization. Availability is more limited for this tier.

• Tier 3: Super Rush (24-48 Hours Turnaround) - Subject to Availability - 75% of the base price. This tier is for extremely urgent orders needing completion within 24 to 48 hours. Due to limited capacity, all Super Rush orders must be confirmed with us before placing the order to ensure availability. It involves immediate attention and significant schedule adjustments.

• Tier 4: Emergency Rush (Same Day Turnaround) - Subject to Availability - 100%+ of the base price (or quote-based). This tier is for absolute emergencies requiring same-day completion. Due to extremely limited capacity and the highly variable nature of same-day requests, all Emergency Rush orders must be confirmed with us before placing the order. Pricing will be determined on a case-by-case basis. It will likely involve working overtime or rearranging multiple projects.

Example Calculation (Tier 2 - Express Rush):

• Base Price: $200
• Express Rush Fee (50%): $200 * 0.50 = $100
• Total Before Discount: $200 + $100 = $300
• Final Price: $300

Tier 3 and Tier 4 Orders:

Due to the intensive nature of these services and our limited capacity for such rapid turnaround times, these tiers are strictly subject to availability. To inquire about Super Rush or Emergency Rush service, please contact us before placing your order. We will assess our current workload and production schedule to determine if we can accommodate your request. If we can, we'll provide you with a custom quote based on your specific needs.
